HOW TO RENT A PROPERTY?

Getting started is simple and designed to keep things clear from the beginning. Our process follows a straightforward path, so you know what to expect at each step, from scheduling a viewing to moving in.

Each stage is handled in an organized way, with support available when needed. The goal is to make the experience easy to follow, without unnecessary delays or confusion.

Search Properties

Browse our current listings to find a home that fits your needs. 

Start by reviewing the available listings to find a property that fits your needs. Each listing includes key details such as location, photos, features, description, and application requirements, so you can understand what to expect before moving forward.

Once you’ve selected a property, you can schedule a viewing based on your preferred date and time. This step is designed to be flexible and easy to arrange.

Depending on the property, tours may be self-guided or scheduled with a team member who can meet you on-site and answer any questions during your visit.

Once you’ve selected a property, you can submit your application online. Applications are reviewed within 1–2 business days after all required information is provided.

As part of the process, you’ll need to submit the required documents and details listed for the property. We also recommend reviewing our application screening policy so you understand how applications are evaluated and the circumstances that may affect approval.

Home Sweet Home

Your new home is ready for you to settle in!

Once approved, you’ll receive an email outlining the steps needed to complete your move-in, including paying required charges, setting up utilities and renters insurance, and signing your lease.

After everything is completed, you’ll receive your move-in details and can get settled into your new home!
