How do I access the resident portal?
You can access the resident portal using the link we provided or by visiting the Residents page on our website. You can also log in through the AppFolio Resident mobile app.
How do I create my resident portal account?
Click the “Create Account” or “Sign Up” link in the portal, or follow the invitation email we sent. Use the email associated with your lease, verify your account, and set your password. If you did not receive an invite, check your spam or junk folder or contact us for assistance.
Can I access the portal from my phone or tablet?
Yes, the portal is available through the AppFolio mobile app and is also accessible through a mobile-friendly website.
What should I do if I forget my password?
Click the “Forgot Password” link on the login page and follow the steps to reset it through email. If you run into issues, feel free to contact us.
How do I update my email or login information?
You can update your email, phone number, or password in the Profile or Account Settings section of the portal. Some changes may require email verification.
How do I pay my rent through the portal?
Go to the Payments section, select the amount, choose your payment method, and submit. You can make a one-time payment or schedule one during checkout.
Can I set up automatic rent payments?
Yes, you can set up automatic payments in the Payments section. Choose your preferred date, frequency, and payment method. Bank account payments are free, while other methods may include processing fees.
Can I view my payment history online?
Yes, the portal allows you to view past payments, current balances, and receipts.
Will I receive a receipt after making a payment?
Yes, a receipt will be sent to your email after each payment.
How do I submit a maintenance request through the portal?
Go to the Maintenance section and submit a request by describing the issue and uploading photos or any helpful details.
Can I update or cancel a request after submitting it?
You can update your request by adding notes or photos while it is still open. For cancellations, please contact the office.
Can I view my lease agreement in the portal?
Yes, your lease, addendums, and other signed documents are available in the Documents section.

You can find them in the Documents section or in the Messages and Announcements area of the portal.
Will I receive announcements or updates through the portal?
Yes, updates may be sent through the portal, as well as by email or text message.

Yes, you can sign leases and other documents electronically. You will receive a notification when a signature is required.
How do I update my contact information?
You can update your contact details in the Profile or Account Settings section of the portal.
Can I add or remove occupants from my account?
You can submit a request through the portal, but all changes must be approved by management. New occupants may need to complete an application.
