Can I reserve a property before applying?

We’re not able to reserve a property before an application is approved. Once your application is approved and the required payment is made, we can hold the home for up to 30 days.

Yes, we do keep waitlists. When a unit becomes available, we reach out in order. Being on the list does not guarantee a unit, but it helps you stay informed.

It depends on the property and current demand. Move-in ready homes can be rented within a few days, while others may take one to three weeks.

In most cases, residents are responsible for utilities. Details can vary by property, so we recommend checking the listing for specific information.

Most of our properties are rented unfurnished. We do offer a limited number of furnished or short-term options, which are listed separately.

Most units include a range and refrigerator. Other appliances like dishwashers, washers and dryers, or microwaves may vary, so it’s best to check the individual listing.

Parking varies by property. Each listing will include details about available parking options.

Yes, all of our properties are smoke-free.

Yes, we do. You can browse our listings to find homes that fit your family’s needs and preferences.

Are there properties with accessibility features?

Some of our properties include accessibility features such as ramps, grab bars, or single-level layouts. Availability is limited, so feel free to reach out for current options.

At this time, we do not accept co-signers or guarantors.

Yes, multiple applicants can apply together and be listed on the same lease. Each applicant will go through the screening process.

Yes, first-time renters are welcome. In some cases, additional deposit requirements may apply.

Yes, occupancy limits are based on local regulations and the size of the property, typically determined by the number of bedrooms.

In most cases, yes. We just ask that access is done respectfully without disturbing others nearby.

Tenants are responsible for securing their units with a lock. We also recommend having renters insurance to protect your stored belongings.

Before moving in, you’ll need to sign your lease, pay all required move-in costs, provide proof of renters insurance, and set up your utilities.

Keys or access will be provided once your lease is signed and all required payments have cleared, usually on your move-in date or as arranged in advance.
