Getting started is simple and straightforward. Our process is designed to keep things moving without confusion, so you know what to expect at each step. From scheduling a tour to move-in day, everything is handled in a clear order with support available when you need it.

Schedule A Viewing

Choose a time that fits your schedule and tour the property at your own pace.

Some homes offer self-guided access, while others are shown with a team member who can answer questions during the visit.

Submit Your Application

Complete the online application and upload all required documents.

Once submitted, applications are reviewed within 1–2 business days, and you’ll be notified as soon as a decision is made.

Step 3

Finalize And Move In

Once approved, you’ll receive an email with your next steps to complete your move-in process. This includes paying required charges, setting up utilities and renters insurance, and signing your lease.

Once everything is in place, you’ll receive your move-in details and can get settled.

Do you rent to first-time renters?

Yes, first-time renters are welcome. In some cases, additional deposit requirements may apply.

We review every application using the same fair and consistent process. This includes checking your identity, income and employment, credit, rental history, and background. Most applications are completed within one to two business days.

We look at the full picture, so strength in one area can help balance another. Typically, we look for income around three times the rent, along with a solid rental and credit history.

We may also consider things like landlord references, number of occupants, and overall application details. All applications are reviewed in line with fair housing laws to ensure everyone is treated equally.

Yes, all rent and related charges should be paid through the AppFolio portal or app. Payments made outside the system may include a $35 administrative fee.

Tenants are responsible for securing their units with a lock. We also recommend having renters insurance to protect your stored belongings.

You will need a valid ID, Social Security Number, current and previous addresses, employment details, recent pay stubs or bank statements, landlord references, an emergency contact, and pet information if applicable. You will also need to consent to credit and background checks.
